Our client is a prestigious private members golf club on the outskirts of Kingston, who currently have an exciting opportunity to join their team as Food & Beverage Manager.
The club is open all year to members and guests offering a great bar and lounge menu with a stunning terrace area. In addition the club offers a variety of match dinners, social events and corporate dining throughout the year.

Responsibilities and Duties:
*To take responsibility and accountability for delivering a professional hospitality operation.
*This is a ‘hands on’ position and you will be required to work as part of the hospitality team to work the bar, front of house and ideally be able to assist with kitchen requirements if required.
*Working hours will vary, and you will need to be flexible around business needs and will include working evenings and weekends.
*You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and technical skills within a hospitality environment.

*Strong Leadership skills and ability to deliver great service through the team
*Proven experience within the Hospitality sector
*Min 2 years’ experience in a management role is preferred
*Knowledge and understanding of all legislation impacting on the catering provision e.g. licensing, health & safety and hygiene regulations
*Excellent knowledge of all aspects of catering and bar operations, including budgets and margin control, service standards and procedures
*Must be proficient with IT, at a minimum, Microsoft Office and EPOS software
*Personal License holder and good cellar management skills.
