Our client is a well-known Surrey Golf Club based near Leatherhead and they are currently recruiting for a passionate Chef de Partie to join this busy kitchen operation.
The Golf Club cater for breakfast, carvery lunch and snacks with occasional dinners. You will be an ambitious, committed and talented Chef with a passion for fresh food.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
*Must be able to work across all sections
*Producing dishes to meet the required standard
*Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
*Supervising junior kitchen staff
The Successful Chef will have/be:
*A real passion and flair for high quality, freshly prepared food
*Proven ability at Commis or Chef de Partie level
*A desire to learn and develop your skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*A team player
*40 hour Week
*Straight Shifts – mainly daytimes
*Use of Golf Course
*Work Pension Scheme
*Live in available if required
As the chef de Partie you will be working straight shifts – mainly daytimes, primarily 8am-4pm, 5/7 days on a 40 hour a week basis. You will be required to work occasional evenings for functions.
