If you’re looking for a full-time hospitality role in Woking, read on! We are helping a Woking-based establishment find a Duty Manager, and the role comes with a salary of £24,000 p/a. The position is based on 40 hours a week, straight shifts.
You will be working as part of a catering team in a private members club in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Woking. You will be working with the Clubhouse Manager to assist with the bar and catering facilities.
In your first week as Duty Manager, you should expect to undertake the following:
●Helping with the daily smooth running of the bar, restaurant and function room, and preparing and managing functions
●Ensuring that all opening and closing procedures are adhered to, maintaining strict security of the premises
●Supervising and training staff
●Cash handling, cellar and stock management
This hospitality and customer service role will suit candidates with front of house catering or hospitality management experience. Excellent food and beverage and customer service skills are prerequisites, as is an inclusive and collaborative approach.
Previous experience within the Food & Beverage sector is essential, and experience or knowledge of the golf industry would be a distinct advantage. This Duty Manager position is offered with a favourable salary and some excellent company benefits.
