Our client are a modern 4 star hotel, located near Cobham, Surrey and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to assist and work with their award winning Head Chef in leading the team and delivering great food in a 4 star environment.

Sous Chef Requirements:
If you have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a Hotel or Restaurant as a Sous Chef preparing food from fresh and have all round skills and experience we want to hear from you as soon as possible.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the main restaurant kitchen and banqueting production ensuring that safety, quality; quantity and appearance standards are met alongside the Head Chef and Executive Chef. You will also be responsible for the supervision and direction in the kitchen of the brigade of 13 chefs and the KP’s when on duty with the Head Chef and Senior Sous and in their absence.
