Our client is currently opening a new indoor street food market towards the end of May. They currently operate popular street food vans which operate in the region and now opening an exciting new eatery concept.
They are looking for a Kitchen Manager to head up this operation. All food will be freshly prepared on site using quality produce from local suppliers. Candidates need to have a positive attitude, energetic, willingness to learn a new cuisine and be a confident leader. You will manage a small team within the kitchen.
This role would suit a Sous Chef looking to take a step up on their career journey. With the theme of Tex Mex you will cook fresh, flavour packed dishes.
You will be required to work 5/7 days – likely to be Wednesday to Sunday, split shifts. 48 hours per week.
In house training will be provided.
