We are excited to be recruiting for one of our long standing clients as they look to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
Our client offers a wide range of catering facilities with some really interesting event spaces. The role would suit someone looking to take ownership, get stuck in and deliver results. You will manage all aspects of hospitality bookings in the venue providing exceptional customer service to new and exciting clients. Our client is looking for someone with the attitude to execute the entire sales strategy and acknowledge and pursue new avenues of business development.
You should already have business acumen to excel targets and support colleagues and stakeholders with the delivery and careful planning of great events. You should have strong sales coordination background with a good understanding of Food and Beverage operations. Most importantly you should be able to easily engage with the public and be happy to sell the venue to perspective clients. Initially the role will be working independently but as you begin to rebuild the event diary there is scope to hire further support for the sales office.
This is a challenging role with high but achievable sales targets, you will need a strong focus and the ability to plan, cultivate, lead, engage and implement great things. Can you think outside the box where any enquiry no matter the constraints can be fulfilled? You have these wonderful creative ideas but can you articulate them to the operations team? 5 out of 7 days per week to include some weekends.
