They are currently looking to recruit their Sale Executive to join their talented and successful team.
As an Events Sales Executive your primary focus will be to grow revenue. Making connections, building relationships, identifying new markets, and chasing opportunities where the product has synergy, revenue growth will be at the heart of your role. There will be an expectation for you to be resourceful, analytical, and proactive in your approach, leveraging your existing relationships and networks to build their name in new markets.
-Increasing Event Sales & Maximising Revenue
-Motivate and guide events team towards improving conversion rates on enquiries
-Competitor research and ensuring company service and offering stands above all others
-Encourage and set in place strategies for upselling on confirmed events to maximise revenue
-Past and ongoing tracking and analysis of lost business, identifying opportunities to follow up with appropriate actions
-Proactively Seeking New Business
-Increase Corporate Clientele
-Direct contact to set up meetings
-Spread word via venue network and research which companies organise events there – Take on new venues that are more directed towards corporate/ Private Event clients
-Target event agencies that work with companies
-Possible in-house opportunities
-Target and build relationships with wedding and event planners/agencies
-Actively find and explore new business opportunities e.g. sporting event contracts etc.
-Maximising Business from Existing Venues
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar Events Sales role with proven success.
In this Event Sales Executive role you will be working predominately Monday to Friday.
This Sales Executive position offers a generous salary plus commission and excellent company benefits.
