CHEF DE PARTIE – CONTRACT CATERING – DAYTIMES
Hours – Monday- Friday 0700-1530 daily… 2.30pm finish on a Friday

Our client a large contract catering unit in Frimley are currently looking to recruit a CDP.

You will be working within a team of 5 and providing a fresh breakfast lunch and hospitality offering – catering for around 350 delegates daily. The client is looking for a strong all-
rounder competent to rotate on all sections as required.

Your focus and desire is to work with the freshest and best ingredients.
You understand that being a great chef is not just about cooking but the ability to work with a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationship with suppliers as well as being compliant, from both a Food Hygiene and Food safety perspective.
Also, our kitchens are often open plan, so you have the confidence and knowledge to share your passion with informed customers. Having the flexibility and autonomy to create and use your innovative ideas is important to you. The client will provide excellent training and development opportunities and the chance for real career progression.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Essential GCSE level education or above.
NVQ qualification or equivalent.
Food Hygiene Certificate
