Our client, a private members club in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Woking are currently looking for a Duty Manager to enhance their Clubhouse catering team.
They are looking for a friendly, driven & passionate individual with excellent Food and Beverage and customer service skills to join an experienced team.
You will be working with the Clubhouse Manager to assist with the day to day functions of the bar & catering facilities in this busy private members club.
Duty Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
To undertake all regular tasks and duties of a Duty Manager under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager including but not limited to:
* Assisting with the daily smooth running of the bar, restaurant & function room
* Providing an efficient courteous service
* Ensuring that all opening and closing procedures of the Clubhouse are adhered to and maintaining strict security of the Clubhouse
* Supervising & training staff
* Preparing and managing functions
* Cash handling
* Cellar & stock management
* Food preparation
The position is based on 40 hours a week, 5/7 days, straight shifts.
Previous experience within Food & Beverage is essential. Experience or knowledge of the golf industry would be a distinct advantage.
