Our client, a Michelin recognised pub based in Horsham, West Sussex is currently looking for a Front of House Manager / Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their talented team.

They have an award winning owner and pride themselves on their fantastic food and exceptional service. They are looking for a new Front of House Manager who can continue to maintain this high standard.

The successful applicant will be required to manage all front of house staff, run shifts and deal with any complaints or issues from staff or customers. You will also be required to complete back of office work, where applicable, such as running the social media accounts, staff rotas, dealing with suppliers, ordering and maintaining the cellar.

You should have previous experience in the Hospitality industry with experience of managing a team.
