Our client, a contract catering group who invest heavily in training and development have a new Relief Chef Manager position available within the Surrey area covering 10 sites.
What we would like from the Relief Chef Manager:
-Passion for food and creating new dishes.
-Your focus and desire is to work with the freshest and best ingredients.
-You have the ability to work within a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationship with suppliers.
-You will have experience within a similar role, strong supervisory experience and be financially and commercially astute
-Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving and have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
Relief Chef Manager requirements:
-Ensure financial targets agreed are achieved.
-Monitor the work of all the staff and carry out appraisals.
-Hold team meetings on a regular basis.
-Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service.
-Ensure to comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety requirements
The Relief Chef Manager is contracted to 40 hours a week working Monday to Friday. The position offers a good salary plus Mileage + Benefits.
